Allium recently re-opened under a new name, Germantown East. I didn’t notice too many changes, really just the name. The food is fantastic. Not much changed from the previous menu, they still have Potato Gnocchi (my favorite)! When I attended for the pre-opening event, I had the duck. Cooked perfectly, a tad bit fatty though. Service is great. Very comfortable atmosphere. Still my favorite restaurant in Nashville.
