    I bought this product @Nordstrom Cedar Rapids,Iowa; what do I do to “open” this ?? Cut plastic tip off-what ?Thanking you in advance. [$20 bucks for ONE oz.]

    I’ve yet to purchase the item, but I assume it has a seal on it similar to a ketchup bottle.
